We understand that caring for your little one means everything, and we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Calm & Nap. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer free returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can vary depending on your location and order size (typically between £4.95 and £24.95).

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our return conditions.

Processing a return can take up to 14 days after we receive your parcel. Even if tracking shows “delivered,” we may still need this time to complete the inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: within 5 working days after processing.

  • PayPal / Credit card: may take up to 14 days.

💫 Can I Return My Order?

Yes — if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your items within 60 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:

✅ All original components and packaging are included.
✅ The product has not been damaged through misuse or neglect.
✅ For hygiene-related products (like skincare), items must be unopened or thoroughly cleaned if applicable.
✅ The product must be shown to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns are typically processed within 7 working days, and if approved, a refund will be initiated promptly.

⚠️ Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears used, damaged, or altered in any way not caused by us.

📦 How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at calmandnap@gmail.com
    Include the following details:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Your full name and address

  2. Wait for our response — we’ll provide the correct return address.
    ⚠️ Please do not send your return to the sender address on the parcel.

  3. Ship your item using a trackable method.
    The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

🕊️ Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that our fulfillment system is automated — once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled until the goods are received and returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify Calm & Nap by email with a clear statement of your decision.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your order is already in transit, please wait until it arrives, then follow our return instructions.

🌸 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase:

  • We will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs and any additional delivery fees you selected) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

  • Refunds are made using your original payment method.

  • No additional refund fees will be charged.

📦 All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
